To elaborate, Frank can (on top of taking pictures) use a spectral analyzer to scan various things (usually locks, hiding places, or password panels). It is used as a sort of detective-type tool - taking photos of clues for the story investigation. The camera is utilized for more than just taking pictures of the player’s surroundings. He can sneak up behind enemies for stealth attacks and take downs. Frank can crouch to avoid being detected.
